Virtual Classes

  1. Enrollment Process: To enroll in a course, select the program of interest and follow the sign-up instructions provided. Payment and registration can be completed directly through our website.
  2. Class Format: All classes are held in group sessions, conducted live. These sessions are interactive, encouraging real-time engagement with the instructor and fellow participants. Recordings will be uploaded within 48 hours and made available for review on the Mega application.
  3. Required Technology: Ensure you have access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a reliable internet connection. You will need to be signed in to Zoom and the Mega application to participate effectively.
  4. Access to Course Materials: Course materials will be accessible for a specific period after the class concludes, typically for the duration of your registration. Materials shared during the course are exclusive to enrolled students and should not be distributed to others.
  5. Access to Past Recordings: If you register for a specific month only, you will have access to past recordings from previous months for an additional fee.
  6. Missed Live Sessions: If you miss a live session, recordings will be uploaded within 48 hours and shared on the Mega application, allowing you to watch and take notes at your convenience.
  7. Instructor Interaction: You will have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with instructors during live classes, enhancing your learning experience.

  10. Code of Conduct: We encourage a respectful and collaborative learning environment. Please be mindful of the conduct expected during classes and interactions with fellow students and instructors.
  11. Payment Policy: Ensure that all payments are completed as per the enrollment instructions. Please note that access to course materials is granted only for the month in which you have registered and paid. If you choose not to continue with the next month’s payment, you will no longer have access to materials from the previous month.
  12. Use of Course Materials: Students are permitted to reproduce course materials in any electronic format (e.g., downloads) for personal use while their subscription is active. However, all downloaded materials are strictly for the student's personal use only. Since our cloud storage platform is paid, access to these files will not be available to students who have not renewed their subscriptions.

In-Person Classes

  1. Venue: Civil Service Training Center, Cantonments.
  2. Time: 1:30 PM to 7:00 PM (Includes a 1-hour break from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM).
  3. Days: Sundays (4 Sundays each month).
  4. Package Includes:
    • Comprehensive Tuition
    • Regular Assessments
    • Opportunities for Interaction with Lecturers to address individual student needs
  5. Behavior Expectations: Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during in-person sessions. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class.
  6. Attendance Policy: Regular attendance is crucial for your success. Please notify the instructor in advance if you are unable to attend.
